Shipping and Payment

This page summarises delivery and payment. The General Terms and Conditions govern the contract if there is any inconsistency.

Production and dispatch

PCBNow products are generally manufactured to order. The current estimated production lead time is shown in the product configurator, cart and order summary. It starts after the order is accepted, payment or agreed credit is available, files are complete, and any manufacturability issue is resolved.

PCBs and stencils are manufactured from the Customer's production documents by specialist subcontract manufacturers outside the European Union, predominantly in China. SensNet Kft. arranges manufacture and transport, performs the EU import and customs formalities, and remains the Customer's seller and contractual contact for delivery, conformity and warranty issues. For delivery within the EU, the Customer is not required to import the goods from the non-EU manufacturer.

The estimate is stated in working days and does not include weekends, Hungarian public holidays, delivery time or customs clearance unless the checkout expressly says otherwise. We will notify the Customer if a material delay becomes known. Mandatory Consumer remedies for late delivery remain unaffected.

For a Consumer order, delivery is made within the agreed period. If no delivery time was agreed, delivery is due without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract conclusion. If delivery is late, the Consumer may generally set an additional appropriate period and terminate if that period also expires. The statutory cases in which no additional period is required, and the corresponding refund rights, remain available as described in the GTC.

Delivery methods and charges

The delivery services are:

• GLS: primary parcel delivery within Hungary and the European Union;
• Spring GDS: economy delivery within the European Union.

The method available for the destination, its charge and estimated delivery time are displayed before the order is submitted. A service is not promised for a destination merely because its name or logo appears elsewhere on the Website.

If the Customer requests split delivery, each additional shipment may incur a separate charge. We will disclose and obtain agreement to an additional charge before dispatch.

Packaging is included unless the order summary expressly states otherwise. Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the threshold, destination and other conditions displayed with the promotion and in the cart.

For delivery outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs brokerage and import compliance unless the order expressly states that these are included.

The Customer must provide a complete address, telephone number and any delivery instructions reasonably required by the carrier.

Risk and receipt

For a Consumer, risk passes when the Consumer or their nominated third party, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If the Consumer independently chooses a carrier not offered by us, risk passes when we hand the goods to that carrier.

For a Business Customer, risk passes when the shipment is handed to the first carrier unless the order confirmation states otherwise.

Please inspect the parcel promptly. Record visible transport damage with the carrier and contact info@pcbnow.eu with the order number and photos. Failure to obtain a carrier record does not remove mandatory Consumer rights.

Online payment through Barion

Payment through Barion may be completed with a Barion Wallet balance or an eligible bank card. Barion's current customer information identifies Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Diners Club/Discover cards. The card brands and any additional, device-dependent methods actually available are shown by Barion's current official accepted-payment-method banner and by the Barion Smart Gateway for the transaction. Apple Pay, Google Pay or another optional funding source is available only if enabled for the PCBNow merchant account and displayed by the gateway.

Barion payments are executed through the Barion system. Bank-card and other payment credentials do not reach or get stored by SensNet Kft.

The service is provided by Barion Payment Zrt., an institution supervised by the Central Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.

The accepted payment methods for the order are shown at checkout. A successful payment does not itself constitute order acceptance. If an order is rejected or lawfully cancelled after payment, the refund is normally made to the original payment method without undue delay.

No Consumer payment-method charge exceeds the cost borne by SensNet for use of that method. Optional paid services are not preselected.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer is offered directly by SensNet and is not a Barion gateway bank transfer. The order confirmation or pro-forma request states the beneficiary, account number, currency, payment reference and due date. Production may be suspended until cleared funds or approved written credit terms are available. No cash-on-delivery or other method is represented as available unless it is expressly added to checkout and these documents are updated.
