Website Terms of Use
Website Terms of Use
Publication date: 2 August 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of
https://www.pcbnow.eu/ (“Website”). Purchases are also
governed by the PCBNow General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”). If these
Website Terms conflict with the GTC in relation to an order, the GTC
prevail.
1. Website operator
The Website is operated by SensNet Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (SensNet Kft.), registered at 1139 Budapest, Tahi utca 30, 2nd floor, door 4, Hungary, company registration number 01-09-180989, tax number 24762339-2-41.
Contact: info@pcbnow.eu, +36 1 988 9039 (English-language customer service).
2. Permitted use
The Website may be used to obtain information, configure products, request or place orders, manage an account, and communicate with SensNet for lawful purposes.
Users must not:
- use the Website in breach of law or third-party rights;
- upload malicious code, unlawful content or files they are not authorised to use;
- attempt to bypass authentication, security, rate limits, access controls or the ordering process;
- interfere with the Website, its hosting, users, payments or connected systems;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract Website content except as permitted by mandatory law or SensNet's written consent;
- impersonate another person or provide materially false account, tax, billing, technical or delivery data;
- use automated tools in a manner that creates an unreasonable load; or
- test vulnerabilities or access non-public data without prior written authorisation.
SensNet may restrict or suspend access that reasonably appears to threaten security, violate these terms, infringe rights or disrupt the service. Mandatory rights and remedies are unaffected.
3. Accounts and credentials
Account holders must provide accurate and current information and keep their passwords confidential. They must promptly notify SensNet at info@pcbnow.eu if credentials may have been compromised or an account is used without authority.
The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account to the extent permitted by law. SensNet may require reasonable verification before changing account, billing or order data.
4. Uploaded files and communications
PCB design, stencil, manufacturing and other files remain subject to the Customer's rights. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership to SensNet. The limited licence needed to review, quote, manufacture, test, deliver and support the order is described in the GTC.
The uploader must have all rights and permissions necessary for SensNet and its disclosed processors or manufacturing subcontractors to handle the files. Files must not contain malicious code or personal data that is not necessary for the order.
SensNet treats manufacturing files as confidential operational data and applies the security, retention and recipient rules in the GTC and Privacy Notice.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website's design, text, software, databases, product configuration system, graphics and SensNet/PCBNow branding are owned by or licensed to SensNet and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
SensNet grants visitors a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Website for its intended purpose. No other licence is granted. Product names, payment marks and third-party logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Users may save or print the legal notices and order documents for their own records. Any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires the relevant right holder's permission unless mandatory law permits it.
6. Availability and changes
SensNet aims to keep the Website accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security incidents, telecommunications failures, provider outages or events beyond reasonable control can cause temporary interruption.
SensNet may change Website content and functions. A change does not retroactively alter an already concluded order unless the parties agree or law requires it.
7. Links and third-party services
The Website can link to payment, delivery, social-media or other third-party services. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. A link does not imply that SensNet controls or endorses all content on the linked service.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, or restricts a Consumer's mandatory rights.
Subject to those rules, SensNet is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful use, inaccurate user-supplied data, incompatible or malicious uploaded files, or a failure outside SensNet's reasonable control. Any order-related limitation is governed by the GTC.
9. Privacy and cookies
Personal data and device technologies are handled under the PCBNow Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. Optional analytics, advertising and social-media technologies require the visitor's prior choice.
10. Reporting problems
Security issues, unlawful content, rights infringements and technical problems should be reported to info@pcbnow.eu with enough information for SensNet to investigate. Do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for the report.
Accessibility barriers affecting product information, checkout, payment or customer-service functions may also be reported to info@pcbnow.eu. Please identify the page or function, assistive technology and problem where possible. This reporting route does not constitute a claim that the Website has completed the accessibility conformity assessment required where Act XVII of 2022 applies.
11. Governing law
Hungarian law governs these terms. This choice does not deprive a Consumer habitually resident in another country of mandatory protections that apply under conflict-of-law rules, or of a court forum available under mandatory law.
