SensNet takes reasonable care to keep Website information accurate and current. General product descriptions, illustrations, examples, blog or help content do not replace the specifications expressly confirmed for an order. Manufacturing capability, material, finish, tolerance, certification, price, lead time and availability are binding only as stated in the accepted order.

Electronic and manufacturing information can contain errors or become outdated. Visitors should request written confirmation before relying on Website content for a safety-critical, medical, automotive, aerospace, regulatory or other high-risk application.

SensNet may correct errors and update the Website. Corrections do not remove rights arising from an already concluded contract.

Where product-safety legislation applies, the relevant online offer—not this general disclaimer—identifies the product, manufacturer and contact details, any required EU responsible economic operator, and the applicable warnings or safety information. Subject to mandatory law and the GTC, SensNet is not liable for damage resulting solely from unauthorised use of the Website, inaccurate user-provided information, unlawful or defective uploaded files, or third-party systems outside SensNet's reasonable control.

Order-specific liability, complaints, conformity remedies and dispute resolution are governed by the PCBNow GTC.

Unless otherwise indicated, Website content is owned by or licensed to SensNet Kft. It may be stored or printed for personal records and for evaluating or documenting an order. Customer manufacturing files remain subject to the Customer's intellectual property rights and the limited processing licence in the GTC.
